What this service is
Pump Tracker is a software service that visualises market data from crypto exchanges. We collect publicly available data (candles, trades, the order book, margin borrowing, liquidations, futures metrics, option boards), store it and present it as charts and tables. We are not an exchange, a broker, an asset manager, a payment agent or an investment adviser.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this site, in the platform or in the Telegram bot's messages is personal investment advice, an offer to buy or sell any asset, a guarantee of outcome or a promise of return. An alert reports a fact in the data (a value crossed the boundary you set), not what you should do. Decisions are yours and are made at your own risk.
About the market data
The sources are the Binance, Coinbase, Hyperliquid and Deribit exchanges. Data can be delayed, can contain gaps caused by connection drops and exchange maintenance, and can differ from other services because of different calculation methods. Some values on screen are a computed model rather than a measurement; those are labelled as models inside the platform and in the guide. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that the data is complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
Access and payment
The free tier (the delayed BTC/USDT chart) is available without sign-up. Full access is granted by subscription for a chosen term; sign-up is via Telegram, email or Google, payment is in crypto on the site (NOWPayments gateway) or via @CryptoBot in Telegram. The subscription does not renew automatically: when the paid term ends, access closes. Prices may change for new payments, while a term already paid for is not recalculated. We may restrict access in case of automated bulk scraping, reselling access or activity that disrupts the service.
Personal data
Login works through Telegram or email (a one-time code, no password). We store your Telegram account id or email address, subscription status, your platform settings (favourite coins, alert conditions) and technical server logs. We do not ask for or store exchange API keys, exchange account passwords or card details; by design we have no access to your funds. Data is not sold to third parties. Deletion is available on request in the bot.
Risk warning
Trading crypto assets and derivatives carries a high level of risk, up to the loss of all invested funds. Prices are volatile, and leverage multiplies both profit and loss. Past market moves do not predict future ones. Do not use money whose loss would be critical for you. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the service's data or for losses resulting from such decisions.
